This is a specialist services business embedded in Queensland's civil and construction sector working directly with project teams and contractors across infrastructure, civil projects. With a highly skilled field team and a loyal project client base, the business is growing rapidly and needs a strong coordination presence in the office to match the pace on site.

About the role
As Service Coordinator, you are the link between the office and the field — scheduling and dispatching a team of specialists to project sites, managing client communication, and making sure every job is resourced, documented, and delivered without gaps. No two days are the same.

This is a role with genuine scope. If you're the kind of coordinator who builds better systems rather than just working inside broken ones, you'll find a lot of room to move here.

Duties
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly scheduling for field specialists across active project sites
  • Handle inbound client enquiries — triage, prioritise, follow up, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Develop and maintain scheduling workflows, SOPs, and coordination systems
  • Liaise with field staff, project managers, and site teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate job records, site documentation, and CRM data across all active projects
Skills & experience
  • Background in project coordination, scheduling, or service administration — construction or civil exposure welcomed
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail — you close the loop on every task
  • Confident communicator — comfortable with site teams, project managers, and clients alike
  • Experienced with job management platforms, scheduling tools, or CRM systems
  • Proactive problem-solver — you don't wait to be told when something isn't working
