  • Multi-brand supply chain complexity Cat, Komatsu, Liebherr, Manitowoc, Tadano, Grove. Customer requests for other OEM parts too.
  • Team leadership Lead the parts team. Performance. Development. Hiring. The hard conversations and the good ones.
  • Inventory optimization Holding stock. Reducing dead stock. Turnaround times. Free up cash. Maintain service.
  • Supplier relationships Negotiate with OEMs. Manage mast head agreements. Build strategic partnerships.
  • Safety culture Zero harm isn't a poster. It's daily leadership.
  • Systems and processes Make things better. Refine what works. Fix what doesn't. Pronto ERP, inventory management, customer workflows.
What You Need
  • 5-8 years heavy equipment part Cranes, excavators, construction machinery. Technical depth across multiple brands.
  • Solutions-minde You see challenges as opportunities.
  • Team leadership 2-3 years managing people. Performance management. Development. Hiring.
  • Commercial accountability Managed budgets. Driven margins. Understood P&L impact of your decisions.
