What You'll Earn

• $33–39/hr NEG on experience
• Super + overtime when required
• Mon–Thurs 8–4:30, Fri 8–2 (38hrs, no weekends)

• Free parking onsite
• Friday 2pm finish

What You'll Do

• Interpret parts from technical diagrams — cranes, excavators, loaders
• Quote and process orders via Pronto ERP
• Manage urgent backorders — expedite critical parts
• Coordinate freight, goods receipting, dispatch

You'll use: Pronto ERP, technical manuals, supplier portals, freight systems.

Who Fits 2+ years parts coordination in:
Heavy equipment, construction machinery, industrial equipment, agricultural machinery.
Also consider:
Trade/commercial automotive parts (NOT retail), industrial supply, equipment hire — with technical aptitude.

Must have:

• Parts interpretation experience
• ERP experience (Pronto highly regarded)
• Accurate under pressure
• Professional phone/email manner

Highly regarded:

• Heavy equipment or crane parts experience
• Pronto ERP knowledge
