Our client is seeking a motivated Mechanical Fitter for their Campbellfield team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow into a leadership position while remaining hands-on with your work as a specialised and highly valued tradesperson.

- Provide advice and guidance to apprentices and technicians as required
- Perform quality control on all completed work
- Promptly complete paperwork for service and repair work
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on heavy equipment and vehicles
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Experience in heavy vehicle or materials handling equipment maintenance
- Leadership skills and a genuine interest in mentoring apprentices
- Valid driver’s license; HR license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks as needed
- Current rights to live and work in Australia
