- You'll split your time between client visits and the office — typically 60% field, 40% office, but flexing the other way depending on business needs.
- Some weeks you'll be out building relationships and closing deals; other weeks you'll focus on account management, lead generation, and technical support from the office.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospect, qualify, and win new business across construction and civil sectors.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, providing expert product advice and tailored solutions.
- Drive your own territory with the support of a motivated, experienced team behind you.
- Blend your phone-based skills with hands-on client engagement to maximise opportunities.
- You've got 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with time spent both on the phone and on the road.
- You love the hunt, but you also know how to build long-term partnerships.
