If you've got 2–5 years of phone-based and on-site B2B sales experience and a passion for machine technology and civil construction, this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, future-focused business.

This role offers real variety and flexibility:
  • You'll split your time between client visits and the office — typically 60% field, 40% office, but flexing the other way depending on business needs.
  • Some weeks you'll be out building relationships and closing deals; other weeks you'll focus on account management, lead generation, and technical support from the office.
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance included to keep you moving and winning.
You'll sell innovative machine control solutions that genuinely make a difference to construction and civil projects – working closely with clients to deliver real-world results.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prospect, qualify, and win new business across construction and civil sectors.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, providing expert product advice and tailored solutions.
  • Drive your own territory with the support of a motivated, experienced team behind you.
  • Blend your phone-based skills with hands-on client engagement to maximise opportunities.
Who You Are:
  • You've got 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with time spent both on the phone and on the road.
  • You love the hunt, but you also know how to build long-term partnerships.
  • You're passionate about machine-focused technology or the civil construction industry — or ready to get stuck in and learn fast.
  • You're energetic, proactive, and thrive when given the freedom to run your own patch.
