We’re on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Internal Sales Professional to join our team at our clients Wacol headquarters. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and be the key link between customers and the wider sales operation.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Making outbound sales calls and generating qualified leads
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Supporting the field sales team to convert opportunities
  • Managing the customer journey from enquiry to close
  • Following up with existing clients and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Helping educate customers about machinery control tech and its benefits
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Confident on the phone and thrives on making calls
  • Passionate about civil construction, machinery, or related technology
  • A natural relationship builder and sales closer
  • Proactive, self-driven and hungry to succeed
  • Organised, with solid follow-up and CRM skills
  • Ideally 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (though attitude is king!)
