Our client is an established, family-run packaging manufacturer and supplier based in Kedron, QLD. With a close-knit team, they operate with a flat structure and a culture built on attitude, accountability, and showing up for each other. The Role
This isn’t a role for someone chasing their next short-term contract. We’re looking for a Warehouse Storesperson who puts the team and the customer first – someone who takes pride in getting the job done right, keeps things moving, and understands that what happens in the warehouse directly impacts the customer experience. Hands-on from day one – you’ll be pick and packing packaging orders, moving product on the forklift, managing stock, and keeping deliveries on track.
Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm | Full-time, permanent
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick and pack B2B and B2C packaging orders – ranging from single items through to bulk pallet volumes
- Operate a forklift daily in a busy, multi-building warehouse environment
- Load, unload, and move packaging stock by hand in line with safe work procedures
- Manage stock levels and raise purchase orders via MYOB
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries alongside the operations team
- Move across multiple on-site buildings to support operational needs
- Engage confidently with walk-in customers when required
- Current LF forklift licence – non-negotiable
- Solid warehouse background with proven pick and pack experience
- MYOB experience or demonstrated use of a comparable inventory/purchasing system – essential
- Physical fitness and confidence with regular manual handling
