Brisbane Aluminium is one of Queensland's leading manufacturers and suppliers of aluminium partition systems, frames, doors and windows — supplying commercial construction and fit-out projects across South East Queensland.

We're expanding the production team and have multiple permanent positions available now.

What's on offer

• $60,000–$70,000 + superannuation — based on experience
• Permanent full-time — not labour hire, not casual
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm — no nights, no weekends

The facility
In 2025, Brisbane Aluminium completed a full expert layout and fitout of the Morningside facility designed with workflow efficiency and accessibility front of mind. Every workstation, storage area, and production line has been positioned to reduce unnecessary movement, keep the floor clear, and make the job easier from the moment you start.

The work
You'll be working in a structured production environment assembling and fabricating aluminium frames, doors, windows and partition systems for commercial projects across Brisbane. Day-to-day:

• Fabricating and assembling aluminium frames, doors, windows and partition components
• Reading and working from technical drawings and cut lists
• Using hand and power tools accurately and safely
• Maintaining quality standards across all finished products
• Preparing and staging finished products for dispatch
• Supporting the team across the production floor as required

Who we're looking for
We're building a team for the long term. We're not looking for a specific trade ticket — we're looking for people who work hard, take pride in the product, and show up consistently.
You'll be a good fit if you have:

• Experience in a production, assembly, manufacturing, or trade environment
• Comfortable with hand and power tools — aluminium or other materials
• Able to read basic drawings or a willingness to learn
• A safety-first approach and a positive attitude
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and working on your feet

New to aluminium? That's fine.
If you've worked in construction, trade assistance, joinery, glazing, steel fabrication, shopfitting, or any hands-on production role the fundamentals transfer. We'll back the right person with on-the-job training.
Forklift licence is a bonus but not required.
